Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
Orders are shipped from France. During collection launches, sales periods or holidays, preparation times may be slightly extended.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any applicable administrative fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance or the carrier.
Les Touristes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at newsletter@lestouristes.eu. Whenever possible, please include photographs of the parcel and the products so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
